Healthy Communities Together (HCT) Leeds works to make health services better for everyone, especially people who are often ignored or treated unfairly. We bring together community groups, the NHS, and local councils to work as a team.
The knowledge gained through these partnerships is shared widely to inform future actions and drive systemic change across the healthcare landscape in Leeds.
